Fuchs Savings Bank

In the 1930s Bohuslav Fuchs came up with, among others, the project of the Municipal Savings Bank in Trebic, which was carried out between 1932 and 1933. At that time it was a very modern and the most beautiful commercial building in town with some surprising features typical of functionalist architecture: its purpose-dominated design, the choice of materials utilized in the construction of the building and the harmony of its individual features. The building is filled with light, peace and highbrow esthetics of technical furnishings. Over the past decades the Třebíč Savings Bank has remained a remarkable building.
